AHhdaghawhd, Code Geass, how it eats my brain lately. (And Death Note. ♥ Light has to be the most evil, psychotic, wonderful protagonist in the history of the world.) As for Neon Genesis Evangelion, I second clones's recommendation. So. Much. Angst.
Also, I totally get what you mean with FFXII. I am terrified of spoilers as well. ;_; Especially since I really want to look up Larsa!fic but I just know there's going to be some huge plot twist with him involved at the end. Goddammit.
