I couldn't manage to get into Reborn! It was sort of ridiculous, but the art is amazing. Lots of adorable boys; it wasn't enough to save the story for me, though. Can't say much about Gintama. Never finished it (it's super long).

If you wanted to get into a series, I would suggest Neon Genesis Evangelion. Shit is SO cash, and the main character Shinji is so fucked up. Great series. Deals with Avoidant Personality Disorder, Hedgehog's Dilemma, and some other pretty crazy shit. And it's only 26 episodes and one movie long. See icon (Shinji).
